GVOX will be introducing a new Customer Support system in April.
There will be some exciting changes coming soon to GVOX Customer Support. In April, we will introduce a new enhanced Customer Support system and expanded knowledgebase.
As part of this change, we will be phasing out many of our email addresses and instead will be implementing a new web-based system called the GVOX Online Support Center.
This means that rather than emailing questions directly to us at support@gvox.com or sales@gvox.com, you will instead fill out an email form on our website.
To access that form you will use a GVOX Customer Login ID. This will assure that we have accurate records of all our correspondence with you and it will provide quicker response time to your questions.
