You must have the previous version installed on your computer for this updater patch to work. The update installs over the previous version and will leave all your song files intact. If you have Encore 4.5.0 or MusicTime 3.5.0, please contact us to get your free update. You will need to provide proof purchase (copy of cashed check or credit card statement) to get the free update. If you have an older version of Encore or MusicTime, you may purchase the upgrade from the "Products" area of our site. |
