We have found that the Help file returns an error message in Vista.
After clicking on help:
Please click on "more information" in the following message and download the Free Vista driver (Win 32.exe) for your computer.

But - forgive me if I'm wrong - what is the use for us if - under Vista - Encore 4.x trashes every file and crashes all the time?
I'd rather see a fix for Encore's memory leakage bug causing that behavior!
Maybe I should be happy GVox recognized the obvious fact Encore has memory leakage? At last - after so much proof in so many forum contributions (the Yahoo forum)?
By the way, is GVox aware this is still on their website:

We have tested our products on Vista and it runs as it would normally run on Windows XP. The main differences between XP and Vista affect hardware more than software.

To say it bluntly: that is a lie.
Better correct that!

Something else: the article on the MS website shows a very long list of problems that may arise from installing this legacy help thing.
