Justification of final measure of pages gets screwy

Postby markdhanson » Fri Apr 30, 2010 6:59 pm

HI folks. I'm about to complete a publishing project using standard notation and guitar tab staves in Encore. For no apparent reason, TOO often the justification of the last measure of a page gets screwy when I try to print, make a PDF, or otherwise finish a song. It will look perfect on the screen, but when I print, etc., some of the notes move to the right, completely off the page (they are there, and I can bring them back by moving the right margin of the staff to the left a bit), or they bunch up to the left in the measure. What is going on? This, and the constant text problems of Encore, may drive me to another program. Please help if you can. Thanks. Mark H in Oregon.

Mark,

Can you post an example of a score with this problem? If you can, please ZIP an Encore score along with the PDF.

Regards,

Bob

Isn't that an occurence of the problem discussed all in and around of moving a bar with "autospace off"?

What is your setting for it? did you try the other one?
