I have looked for those fonts and I find them in both the User and the System font libraries. I'm running Snow Leopard:pasadera wrote:... I can't find the location of the Anastasia/Frets font used by Encore 5.0.5 so assume that these are now built into the software (?)...

perhaps nothing to see with your problem, but did you try to take off the "encore.plist" and create other one by re booting your soft ?

I had the impression from your original post that you got that error message when trying to run Encore, not when installing it.jazzrascal wrote:guitou.net wrote:hi

I can't really take off "encore.plist" because I don't have Encore installed at the moment. I'm unable to install it because of the error message about the fonts. Unless you're suggesting I remove it from the original CD...I guess I could try that.
I'm not sure what you mean by "clicking on the Encore icon". Do you mean that the installation was complete (with no error message) and then you got the error when you tried to run the program?jazzrascal wrote: When I tried to install it from the CD, I got as far as clicking on the Encore icon and that's when I got the error message.
