Velocity inspector

In the Encore 5 manual, V3.1, on p 131 appears this text:

To change just the ON velocity, click on the note while holding the [Shift]+[Command] keys. A pop up menu with velocities will open.

This perhaps applies to the Mac version.

On the windows version, the velocity pop-up is opened by holding [Shift] and right-clicking on the note.
